Bigger doesn’t always mean better, but when it comes to keeping your summer beverages chilled, it almost certainly does. Large ice cubes melt more slowly, which means chilled drinks and cocktails that are less watered down. For this mouth-watering margarita (created with a Grapefruit Honey mixer from Morris Kitchen), we opted for a giant ice cube that keeps your drink chilled for hours and packs a strong visual punch. Check out how to make it below!
Giant Ice cube
1 clean milk or juice carton
1. Cut down the height of a used + cleaned out milk or juice carton until it is roughly the dimensions of a cube.
2. Cut 5 round slices from your grapefruit and place them on the bottom and four sides of the carton interior.
3. Fill with water and freeze.
4. Tear off the carton exterior to reveal your ice cube. Pop in some punch and serve!
