Have you ever wondered how chefs are able to slice and present citrus so beautifully? It’s not magic (OK, yes, it kind of is). It’s called “supremeing” and all you need is some citrus fruit and a good knife. Here’s how it’s done!

Start by cutting the top and bottom off the fruit. Then, slice the skin and pith off of your fruit, working around in a circle. From there, cut small wedges from the side of your fruit by holding it in one hand and slicing with the other.
