My home goals mainly involve maintaining a simple and minimal space, but I also like to keep function and storage in mind without sacrificing style. The coffee table is a perfect example of where I want to minimize clutter but still have the capacity to keep regularly used items nearby. –Amy

For styling my marble box frame coffee table to meet these needs, I keep a sleek lacquer box on top to tuck away small items like matches, coasters, and remotes so that they’re not cluttering up the table but are still easily accessible.

I added a weave harvest basket underneath the table to hold throw blankets, but it also works nicely to store the lacquer box or coffee table books whenever some extra table top space is desired.

While I do enjoy a completely cleared off coffee table, I always like to keep flowers or candles around for pretty sights and smells. They add a sculptural element that brings it all together and keeps things interesting!
