Winter Mocktail
Makes 1 Mocktail

    2 oz white cranberry juice
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon agave nectar, honey, or mint simple syrup
    club soda
    mint leaves, for garnish
    sugared cranberries, for garnish

1. Add cranberry juice, lime juice, and sweetener to a cocktail shaker with ice; cover and shake until ice cold.  
2. Strain juice mixture into an ice-filled glass. Top off with club soda.  
3. Garnish with mint leaves and sugared cranberries. Stir before drinking.
