Cinnamon Rose Milk Punch
⅔ cup whole milk
⅔ cup heavy cream
4 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
½ teaspoon rose water
3 ounces good bourbon
Cinnamon sticks + rose petals for garnish
1. In a small saucepan heat milk, cream, rose water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey on medium heat just until the honey dissolves. Do no scald or boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp.
2. Shake milk mixture with bourbon in an ice filled cocktail shaker, strain into two glasses, and garnish each with cinnamon sticks and rose petals.
