Spiked Pistachio Cupcake Milkshakes
-
2 ½ cups pistachio gelato
1 cup milk
1/3 cup Godiva white chocolate liqueur
2 vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whipped cream for serving
Crushed pistachios for serving
1. Add the gelato, milk, liqueur, cupcakes, sugar and vanilla extract into a mixer and blend until combined and thick.
2. Pour into two glasses and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and crushed pistachios. Serve immediately so the cake doesn’t get super soggy. Enjoy!
