Rosemary Gin Cocktail recipe by Hello!Lucky | west elm

Rosemary Syrup

    1/2 cup ground fresh rosemary
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar

1. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the rosemary and stir until sugar is dissolved completely.

2. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes, then strain the syrup into a container and set aside to cool.

Rosemary Cocktail

    3 oz gin
    1 1/2 oz rosemary syrup
    1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    Club soda

1. Add gin, rosemary syrup, and fresh lemon juice to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake cocktail and strain into glasses, top each drink with club soda, and enjoy!

I think that this a gorgeous, shimmery, celebratory New Year’s table! Beautiful use of color. Loving the colors used for the pom poms hanging from the chandelier and the 2014 fringe numbers. Always love West Elm. One of my favorite stores – especially as we finally had a local location open this year.
