west elm + Follain - Easy DIY Bath Soak Recipe

Soothing Bath Soak by Follain

    2 cups organic epsom salt – Detoxifies and soothes muscles.
    1 cup organic coconut milk powder – Moisturizes and softens skin.
    1 cup aluminum-free baking soda – Detoxifies and softens skin.
    organic essential oils to scent

Mix epsom salt, baking soda and coconut milk powder in a 2:1:1 ratio. Combine well, and add up to 15 drops of pure essential oil for scent. Add to bath and enjoy!
