Coconut milk adds deep flavor + a silky mouthfeel. Hot fudge makes everything better. And of course the rum is optional, but we love that this decadent dessert doubles as a cocktail.

Boozy Coconut Hot Fudge Milkshake
2 cups coconut milk coconut ice cream
1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
¼ cup coconut rum
1 teaspoon coconut extract
½ cup hot fudge, plus extra for drizzling
¼ cup toasted flaked coconut
Whipped cream for serving
1. Add the ice cream, milk, rum and coconut extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the hot fudge evenly between two glasses – add some to the bottom and around the sides of the glass.
3. Pour the milkshake into the glasses and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, a hot fudge drizzle, and a handful of toasted coconut.
