Fresh-squeezed pineapple and pomegrate juices are full of potent anti-oxidants and vitamin C. Add some rum to the mix, and you’ve got yourself a party!
Pomegranate Pineapple Rum Punch
6 ounces fresh-squeezed pineapple juice
2 ounces fresh-squeezed pomegranate juice
2 ounces white rum
2 dashes Elumakule bitters
Juice of half a lime
4 mint leaves, broken
1/2 tablespoon cream of coconut
1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a collins glass with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!
