Back Porch Party by A Beautiful Mess: Peach Caprese Skewers
July weekends are prefect for all-day hangouts in backyards, on rooftops, and of course, back porches. Elsie and Emma of the always-inspirational A Beautiful Mess hosted their own back porch party with some awesome appetizers and cocktails, and we’re excited to share their recipes throughout the month!
Peach Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Vinegar Reduction
Fresh Mozzarealla Balls
2 Ripe Peaches, Sliced
1 Bunch of Fresh Basil
2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
1) Skewers: Layer the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves (stems removed), and sliced peaches onto skewers.
2) Balsamic Reduction: Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small pot. Reduce to a simmer and allow to cook until reduced by half, about 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
3) Serve skewers alongside dipping sauce. Enjoy!
