July weekends are prefect for all-day hangouts in backyards, on rooftops, and of course, back porches.
Elsie and Emma of the always-inspirational A Beautiful Mess hosted their own back porch party, and we’re excited to share their recipes throughout the month!
Peach Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Vinegar Reduction
Fresh Mozzarealla Balls
2 Ripe Peaches, Sliced
1 Bunch of Fresh Basil
2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
1) Skewers: Layer the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves (stems removed), and sliced peaches onto skewers.
2) Balsamic Reduction: Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small pot. Reduce to a simmer and allow to cook until reduced by half, about 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
3) Serve skewers alongside dipping sauce. Enjoy!
