What’s your favorite dish to bring to a holiday potluck?
Hearty grain and vegetable salads are my go-to because they can hang out at room temperature comfortably. I’ve made this shaved brussels sprouts salad in different variations a few times this season and it pleases even the fiercest brassica doubters.
Sweet Potatoes vs. Mashed Potatoes?
I bat for both teams. Mashed sweet potatoes with maple and orange zest… now we’re talking.
Favorite weird holiday leftover meal?
Anything warmed with a poached egg on top.
What’s another blog that inspires your food POV?
