What’s your favorite dish to bring to a Holiday potluck?

My favorite dish to bring to a potluck is a sweet potato mash topped with caramelized apples. It a crossover of two things I love, mashed potatoes and an apple galette. It’s definitely a step up from the classic sweet mash covered in marshmallows. The sweet caramelized apples go really well with a slice of turkey!

Sweet Potatoes vs. Mashed Potatoes?

I love sweet potatoes! I think they go really well with savory proteins and they are a lighter dish than mashed potatoes.

Favorite weird Holidays leftover meal?

Turkey sandwiches with all the leftover sides piled on top and finished with gravy! I love eating cold turkey straight out of the fridge the next morning, too.

What’s another blog that inspires your food POV?

What Katie Ate. I love her sensibility.

Thanks Diana!
