What’s your favorite dish to bring to a Thanksgiving potluck?

We’ve often said we’re on a mission to convince everyone to try Brussels sprouts, and there’s no better time than Thanksgiving. We absolutely love these Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Hazelnut Butter or these simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Apples.

Sweet Potatoes vs. Mashed Potatoes?

Sweet all the way!

Favorite weird Thanksgiving leftover meal?

We’re not sure how weird this is, but our favorite Thanksgiving leftover meal — hands-down — is a Kentucky Hot Brown, the open-faced turkey sandwich slathered in cheesy Mornay sauce. We wrote about it a few years back.

What’s another blog that inspires your food POV?

Mark Bittman is the writer who most inspires us. We read his blog and his New York Times columns. We love his practical and thoughtful approach to food.

Thanks Clay and Zach!
