This week, west elm Palo Alto opened in the heart of this Silicon Valley / South Bay community. For our Dream House inspiration, we rounded up both original homes and homes influenced by the developer Joseph Eichler. During the heyday of Mid-Century development in California, more Eichler homes were built in Palo Alto than in any other community. I like the verve the yellow-orange front door gives in contrast to the
taupe and brown…good choice!
