west elm helped bring color and pattern into this newly constructed beach house for a group of sisters and their families. Whether the space stayed true to nautical style or played with pops of summer-inspired color, the west elm items we chose kept the house grounded and functional.

The upstairs loft space acts as a breath of fresh air as you elevate through the beach house. Although most of the space is made up of architectural details such as built-in day beds and wall niches, we wanted the space to still feel lived-in and homey. That’s where elements such as west elm’s Kite Kilim Rug came in to add warm texture to the otherwise cool bedroom.
