Thank you everyone for your wonderful feedback! The paint color is Benjamin Moore AF-530 Lucerne. The rug is called Milliken Black & White Vibe Techno Black Rug. I had the shelves designed around the file cabinet so I could have it tucked away, but still kept in a functional place.
