FEATURED: Diamond Tufted Headboard
WHY IT WORKS: Color + Texture. When HGTV star Sabrina Soto moved to Manhattan’s Upper West Side she needed to create a cohesive look that was budget-friendly. The solid king-sized Diamond Tufted Headboard — in west elm’s “otter” performance velvet — anchors the bed against the pale gray walls and helps the patterned bedding really pop. Additionally, the texture of the velvet creates contrast with the smooth sheets and cotton duvet.

Oh it’s so rugged and elegant all together. It’s what I like best about West Elm, perfect for his and hers.

This is just beautiful… if I didn’t have a bookcase as my headboard I’d totally get one: http://designfixation.blogspot.com/2010/03/make-yourself-at-home-take-peek-into.html
And I love the way Sabrina tied all the colors together. So pretty!
